We received the news that we had been given this prestigious award just last week!
A big thank you goes to all our visitors who have taken the time to review the Village House, and for the uplifting compliments we have received from postings during the last couple of years.  Many of our guests make return visits and we always look forward to welcoming and being re-connected with some great friends!

Looking ahead it will be important to keep the momentum going as we continue making improvements and delivering increased service offerings in partnership with local organizations.

Spring arrives at the Village House - time for some yardwork

At last, the remaining snow has disappeared, the sun has been out and temperatures have increased allowing our dedicated team to get yardwork done ready for summer!

John has been taking out some trees from the lower paddock, on the piece of Village House land that is currently for sale.  Meanwhile Rebecca has been learning how to use the tractor.

Even the animals have been enjoying the sunshine.

Things to do…
We still have snow and despite the south facing mountains closing at the end of March, there is plenty of downhill skiing to be had at many of our other local mountains.  Why not take advantage of Bretton Woods’ amazing spring offer of a Zip ride and Ski ticket for only $99.  Meanwhile, check out some great rates for Wildcat, and Attitash Mountain Resorts during April.  Monday thru Friday midweek lift tickets are just $35, and if you are staying with us at the weekend, on April 3rd, Sunday Afternoon lift ticket rates will drop to just $20 from noon.  Then beginning Saturday, April 9th, weekend lift tickets are just $39 for all ages.   The mountains plan to be open 7 days a week until at least Sunday, April 17th weather/conditions permitting.
Jackson Ski Touring Center is now closed, but if you have your own skis, why not get one last free ski day here in Jackson village before the snow finally melts away.

Mud season means bargain breaks at the Village House

As the evenings get lighter, snow is beginning to melt and Spring is not far away.  It’s a great time of year to enjoy one of our pamper weekend breaks with his and her massage and casual fine dining for two at one of our favorite local restaurants.

It’s also a great time of year to plan a group getaway with friends at a wallet friendly price, especially with Spring break from school just around the corner.
